Lily AI, an artificial intelligence solution that suggests products to shoppers, raised $12.4M of venture funding. The company was founded by Purva Gupta and Sowmiya Chocka Narayanan, and is based in Mountain View, CA. Lily AI was also named as one of our 20 incredible women-founded AI companies!

Orchid, which provides advanced whole genome screening for embryos, raised $12M of Seed funding. The round was led by Prometheus Fund. The company was founded by Noor Siddiqui, and is based in San Francisco, CA.

Encellin, a biotech company using encapsulated cell replacement therapy to target Type 1 Diabetes, raised $9.9M of venture funding. The round was led by Khosla Ventures. The company was founded by Dr. Crystal Nyitray and Dr. Grace Wei, and is based in San Francisco, CA.

Base Operations, which provides threat intelligence software designed for corporations, raised $9.1M of Series A funding. The round was led by Grotech Ventures and Spero Ventures. The company was founded by Cory Siskind, and is based in Washington, DC.

Numeracle, a brand protection platform that provides phone number reputation monitoring, raised $6.8M of venture funding. The company was founded by Rebekah Johnson, and is based in McLean, VC.

PolicyMap, which provides a mapping application, analytics platform, and data licensing services, raised $3M of Series A funding. The round was led by Reinvestment Fund. The company was founded by Maggie McCullough, and is based in Philadelphia, PA.

Cadenza Bio, a biotech company focused on small-molecule drugs for inflammatory diseases, raised $2.4M of Seed funding. The round was led by Plains Ventures. The company was founded by Dr. Carol Curtis, and is based in Oklahoma, OK.

SenSanna, which creates industrial-grade IoT sensors designed for harsh conditions, raised $200K of venture funding. The company was founded by Jacqueline Hines, and is based in Hanover, MD.
